Using Redpen

Redpen is a study tool. Cases and results are practice data and must not be used for grading or assessment. By creating a family account you confirm that you are an adult and that, for each student you add, you are their parent or legal guardian.

Minimum age

Students must be at least 12. We cannot create an account for someone younger.

The machine

The AI produces answers that may contain deliberate mistakes and, rarely, accidental ones. Every case can be reported as a problem. A reviewer who confirms a defect voids the case and the points are removed without penalty to the student.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can delete a student or your account at any time; deletion completes after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
